Check the username on the order, join the server, wait for delivery to run, then contact support with your order details.
Step by step
- Check the username. Deliveries go to the Minecraft name entered at checkout, not to your website login.
- Join MineSea. Most rewards are handed out when you are online.
- Give it a moment. Delivery runs shortly after payment clears.
- Check the right place. Ranks apply instantly, keys land in your inventory or key menu, Pearls and cash appear in your balance.
- Still missing? Contact support in Discord with your order email and the username you used.
Gifting
Your website account and the Minecraft recipient are separate on purpose. Buying for a friend is fine, just make sure their username is the one on the order.
